The Windows installer includes its private Python/Tcl/Tk runtime and notices, the AldoApps capture bridge/plugin, and the opt-in experimental sender adapted from Apple's MIT-licensed StreamingSession sample. Its application-private NVIDIA CloudXR Runtime 6.2.3 and Stream Manager 6.1.0 runtime portions retain their separate NVIDIA software licence terms. No developer SDK headers/import libraries, audio driver or compiler is included. Microsoft VC143 runtime files are deployed app-locally; managed third-party libraries retain their MIT/Apache terms.

The CGVirtualDisplay declarations and virtual-monitor approach are adapted from DeskPad v1.3.2, commit f9efab4895ca399811543c4f24577a443d400e66, copyright 2022 Bastian Andelefski. The original interface header credits Khaos Tian (2021). Our adaptation adds fixed ultrawide modes, lifecycle checks, and a downsampled ScreenCaptureKit preview. DeskPad itself and ReSwift are not bundled.

The bundled XPPanelsBridge is built from this project's source against the X-Plane SDK. Its release requires an audit of SDK use/redistribution terms. SDK headers and build tools are not installed on customer machines.
